I am interested in the classical pictorial process and I am into investigate form and matter through abstraction and gesture, procedures somewhat close to informalism. The motivation that prevails in my work is anchored to an interest in transformation through pictorial resources, therefore I try to formalize on the canvas my thoughts. The line and the mass of color have an added meaning to their formal values where the elements are not casual. They obey to their own code and to a need to renew and reload the meaning of language, where the pictorial gestures are freed from all concepts by the expressive use of color and form in a spontaneous explosion of emotions.
In the pictorial space, the integration of genre and transversality influences is confused; the pictorial space is constructed in a field of chromatic codifications, as a semantic receptacle for new visual lexicons.
From this force of chromatic explosion, and of hard and fluid matters, emerge presences, echoes, shadows, noises, gestures, vital effervescences of existence, thick textures or light improvisations.
